He says it can be done by highlighting “the humanistic sides of the architectural and public open spaces of the Kathmandu Valley”. Rijal believes there is an inherent message that calls for proactive response from the concerned audience. He puts an optimistic note there. He says, “the crises the Valley’s arts and cultures have been through can also be the opportunities to come with new vigorous” activity.
